The Survey Package:

Note: District assistance with the
distribution of the surveys is
required. The surveys are placed in
sealed envelopes with a stamped,
self-addressed envelop for returning the
completed survey to the audit team.

Note: On the teacher interview days
each audit team member requires that a
substitute teacher be assigned to them
so that the audit team member can move
quickly from room to room interviewing
teachers while the substitute teacher
steps in to take over the class for 8 to
10 minutes per interview.
